On the top right corner  is  a 45 stories height-rise that stands against the misty skyline of Taipei  , facing the  Main Terminal  on the opposite street   , This building is in  the  traffic neural center which  serves   M.R.T. , high speed rail-way ,  round Island  railways , long way buses  .  Daily work begins from day breaks  till to d the deep night  . traffic is convenient that  devises and  spreads  over most corners of this  ocean surrounded Island , within one days trip . Stations are  in the nearby  neighborhood .
Tam-Sui river  flows to the north along the western fringe  into  East China Sea  about 50 kilos away .
The  water was muddy , but after post restricting regulations and engineering efforts by the authority brings a new life to the river  . changes the  environment  becomes  a successive example to other likewise cities .
Taipei hosts 2 millions residents is  the political, ,cultural and commercial center of Taiwan . Architecture and city deployment  are tokens of  efforts of  harsh  past  but  also confront the alerting  the future hardships too.
Townships surround to  metropolitan areas accept out flow population form  new towns , In north Taiwan the New Taipei city is an excellent example . Modern  movements  and rehabilitation schemes  change city  structure , wake up  senses of  self reliance that brings economic  inventions , create new  living styles . rise estate value  and land utilities . New  mills , hospitals, schools , communities , residence , commercials , leisure industries , infra structures.. upon old  lands change the horizon overnights  .
